• Only MasterCard and Visa are accepted.
   
• To buy tickets you must know the day and date your film is showing. When you click the yellow box below you will be taken to the Tivoli's Online Box Office. Once there, use the pull-down menu to select the date your film is showing (June 27, June 28, etc.). The page will then refresh and you will see the movies and showtimes for that date. Select your film and the number or tickets and follow the onscreen prompts.
   
• You can only order one movie at a time from the Tivoli's Online Box Office. If you want to purchase tickets to more than one film (and we hope that you do!), you must place a new order for each film. To place a new order, simply select the date and showtime for the next film, and purchase your tickets as before. Once each order is complete, you will receive an online confirmation of your order. You may wish to print out this confirmation page for your records.
   
• You will pick-up your tickets at the Tivoli Box Office. No tickets will be mailed to you. You can pick up your tickets at the Tivoli Box Office when you come to your first show or as early as five days BEFORE your first show. If you buy tickets for more than one movie with the same credit card, you will receive all the tickets you purchased with that card when you come to the Tivoli Box Office.
   
• You must bring the credit card you used to order your tickets to claim them at the Tivoli Box Office. For your security, no names or other personal information can be used to pick-up your tickets. If you forget your credit card, there is no way to "look up" your order by name. You must bring the credit card you used to order your tickets to claim them at the Tivoli Box Office.
   
• If you need assistance before you order, please call the Festival Office at (816) 931-0738. We can answer your questions about tickets, films, and other festival information during regular business hours. (Monday to Friday: 10:00am-6:00pm, Saturday: 10:00am - 2:00pm) Please do not call the Tivoli Box Office, as they will direct your calls back to us.
